Years ago his career path brough Tra- vis Barbee – a native of Northwest Georgia - to Northeast Tennessee where he launched the Parks and Recreation Program In Unicoi County. While there, Bar- bee – a former college soccer coach who got his sports management degree fromKennesaw Sta- te – got his Master’s from ETSU. His career path then carried him to Virginia, North Carolina and back to Georgia before he and his now ex-wife went moved to Bay County, Florida.
