The SCHRA Budget/Audit/ Appropriations, Property, and Personnel Committees will meet prior to the Governing Board meeting at 10 a.m. JUNE 7 Canning College The UT/TSU Extension Office will be holding canning colleges on Friday, June 7, or Saturday, June 8, from9 a.m.– 1 p.m.at First UnitedMethodist Church on the Shelbyville Square. You must pre-register for by calling the Extension Office at 931-684-5971. The cost is $15 and space is limited to 12 participants. This is a hands-on class that teaches the current recommendations for water bath and pressure canning and is a good update if you have canned before or a good beginning if you have not canned at all.
